1) Methodological and conceptual coordination in area of procurement and its sub-processes (tendering, contracting, supplier evaluation and claim procedure) in order to achieve the best commercial and technical conditions for delivered material or service;
2) Preparing of short and long term strategy based on analysis of purchase activities; preparing the annual procurement plan and implementing it with due observance of set deadlines;
3) Leading and co-ordinating the tendering procedure as a head of evaluation committee; creating invitations to bid, complex evaluations, orders and all related documentation for tendering process for the purchase of materials and services;
4) Leading negotiations of commercial conditions and participating at technical negotiations;
5) Preparing the contract drafts, in particular commercial conditions collecting and considering the comments from other related units, checking the fulfilment of contractual conditions in contract; leading and co-ordinating claim procedure if needed;

| Cerinte |
3-5 years experience in procurement with good knowledge of investment procurement
Legal/real estate market knowledge; sound experience of working with authorities, good contracting and tendering knowledge
