Obtain agreements from property owners to place properties for sale;
Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price;
To identify new clients (occupiers) and new business opportunities;
Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details and during the closing of sales;
Generate lists of properties for sale, their locations, descriptions, and available financing options, using computers;
Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration;
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters;
Promote sales of properties through advertisements, and participation in multiple listing services;
Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the properties they are visiting;
Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking;

Available to work extra hours and to travel for the company;
University degree, optional;
Advanced usage of English in reading, writing, understanding; other languages are an advantage
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
1-3 years previous experience in similar positions;
Availability to travel for the purpose of meeting clients and evaluating properties;
The ability to work under pressure, handle challenging situations and meet deadlines;
Understand tasks and establish priorities;
The ability to work as part of a team and cooperation;
Excellent communication and „people” skills;
Confidence, drive and enthusiasm;
Decision-making and a strong sense of responsibility;
